Chances are you know what I am counting down to...which means a flood of mail is going to hit the post office in the next little while - gifts, care packages, cards - it is a lovely mail season. What I wouldn't do to see the inner workings of the central post office in Vancouver alive and whirring with all the carefully wrapped goodies heading overseas (the deadline for surface is almost past us). And I love that trains, planes, automobiles, and people are carrying these things near and far to express love and kindness, thankfulness and friendship! There was already a bit of a buzz at my local post office today - busy, busy, busy and the new Christmas (there I said it) stamps are out (I held back from buying any just yet but it wasn't easy).
Today, two little red envelopes went out to two sweet people in my life: Vancouver & Delta.
